BAY TREE

Is our 5 star apartment being more of a bungalow than an apartment, with its own private entrance.

ACCESS

The area around Summer Hill is completely on the level - no hills.

The front porch has a 2 inch step from outside, and a 2 inch step from the porch to the hallway. "Bay Tree" has its own front door located at the side of the property with a 5 inch step over the threshold.

Summer Hill has a gravel car park, with spacious car parking for all apartments. There is a smooth concrete pathway from the pavement to the entrance to Bay Tree and the main building.

Two of the apartments (both 1 bedroom) namely "Clematis" and "Bay Tree" are on the ground floor. The other 2 apartments are on the upper floors, with access by standard staircases with handrails.

There are no steps within the ground floor apartments.

The first floor apartment "Orchid" has an internal 3 step staircase in the hallway.

The other apartment at SUMMER HILL "Camellia" is on the first and second floors. There is one flight of stairs to the entrance to "Camellia" and from the front door, there are 3 steps up into the living room. From the living room you have your own internal hallway with a staircase up to the bathroom, toilet and single bedroom, and then a flight of 3 steps to the other two bedrooms.

All doorways are 2'6" wide.

The showers in all apartments are over the bath (no walk-in showers).
