All rooms have thermostatically controlled electric heaters - plenty of warmth guaranteed should weather be cool. Electricity is by self read meters and charged at cost.
	CAR PARK at the front of Summer Hill with very wide easy access off Trinity Avenue, which is quiet & tree lined. CAR SPACE IS GUARANTEED.
